True Wye Lateral

The BlueSky Wye Lateral is a branch connection designed to for use in subsea and onshore oil and gas, pigging systems, and steam blowdown lines.

The True Wye Lateral is machined on a 5-axis CNC horizontal boring mill, the branch and run ports are radiused to smoothly merge for smart pigging systems that can’t tolerate abrupt direction changes.

Allows pigging systems to merge smoothly. This piggable wye is designed to maintain full pipe rating pressure while ensuring minimal flow loss. Also it maintains full pipe-rating pressure whereas fabricated wye laterals can have as little as 40% of the pipe.

Configuration:

• Available in symmetric and asymmetric configurations
• Available with end connections for buttweld, compact flange, RF or RTJ flange, and special-to-suit applications

Wye Lateral

This branch configuration is designed to for use in subsea and onshore oil and gas, pigging systems, and steam blowdown lines.
 

Configuration:

Available in straight or reducing ports and in any angled branch configuration

30° Wye Lateral

The branch and run ports of the 30° Wye Lateral intersect at a 30º angle to facilitate pigging. It is designed for use in subsea and onshore oil and gas, pigging systems, and steam blowdown lines.

Configuration:

• Available in symmetric and asymmetric configurations
• Available with end connections for buttweld, compact flange, RF or RTJ flange, and special-to-suit applications
