Freudenberg Flow Technologies has expanded its manufacturing capabilities with the addition of a state-of-the-art Bystronic ByCut Smart 3015 fiber laser system, enhancing precision, speed, and production flexibility for flat metal parts across oil & gas and industrial applications. Equipped with up to 6 kW of cutting power, the new laser cutter delivers tight tolerances up to ±0.1 mm, clean burr-free cutting, rapid turnaround times, and flexible production from single-piece prototypes to larger production runs. The expanded capability supports a broad range of stainless steels and non-ferrous materials while providing a complete manufacturing solution including cutting, deburring, inspection, and laser marking.
